Man there has been so much amazing news and videos in the windsurfing community lately! I wanted to be able to share this with everyone so I created a new website called windsurfpress.com. Currently I`ve been posting all the videos and news myself it`s alot!! The goal in the future is to open the site up to make it a social community so anyone can share, pictures, videos and news about windsurfing! It`ll be Gnarly!!

Lake Winnipeg still frozen

Its been awhile since I’ve been on the water, actually since the day I left Brazil, which is close to 2 months. I’m getting anxious, and really craving some time on the water to work on some moves! I was up at my lake the yesterday, and it’s still very frozen, although ahead of schedule due to the mild winter and warm spring. Hopefully it will be just a few more weeks!!

Jealous of everyone one who’s out ripping somewhere right now!!

Merry Christmas 2011

Well I’m still in Icaraizhino Brazil for another 20 days!! I’ve been windsurfing almost everyday, and getting my forward loops down more on that later. Things have been pretty quite so I have been windsurfing lots.

Tomorrow most people will be spending time with family, and enjoying the food and holidays. Its pretty, much another normal day for me here, and will be spending lots of time on the water! Tonight I’m just going for a big all you can eat Brazil BBQ at Wind Icarai, should be good it always is.

Gaining Grounds – a free full length windsurfing movie

Gaining grounds is a 30 plus minute windsurfing movie. Not just about the latest moves, but it follows seven sailors traveling to spots where he/she feels at home.

The producers Manuel Grafenauer and Stefan Csaky followed them on their search for conditions they life for to spots around the globe.

Enjoy the footage of those journeys and discover places like Mauritius, Vienna, Fuerteventura, Lake Neusiedl, Madagascar, the Adriatic Sea and Lake Garda.
